The Pebble Creek HOA Clubhouse can be reserved free of charge for private parties, meetings, or community events! Our 2-story clubhouse features plenty of space for dining or dancing, a beautiful view of Pebble Creek from our deck, and a full-functioning kitchen.
Homeowner Reservation
Homeowners may reserve the Clubhouse for use as long as they are current with their Maintenance Fee (dues) account. Clubhouse use is for you and your guests/tenants only, please do not reserve the Clubhouse for strangers to use. Renting a Unit and Want to Reserve the Clubhouse?
If you rent a unit at Pebble Creek, you may enjoy our community clubhouse as well. We request that you contact your landlord or unit manager to get this reservation started. Why can’t tenants reserve the Clubhouse on their own? Our agreements and liability are tied to homeowners—we have full power to make a homeowner pay for damages, but little recourse for tenants. Contact your landlord or rental manager to arrange Clubhouse reservations.
Important Information About Your Clubhouse Reservation
- Swimming Pool use is not included with Clubhouse Rental.
- The Clubhouse Fireplace is not currently functional and is prohibited from being used.
- If you or your guests will be consuming alcohol in the Clubhouse, you will need to purchase Private Event Insurance from you chosen insurance company in advance, or hiring a private security guard. PCHOA can provide some local recommendations for security; your home or condo insurance often has affordable event insurance for purchase.
Cleaning Options
You can choose to hire cleaning through PCHOA, or to do it yourself. Inspect the Clubhouse in advance to determine if any cleaning supplies or equipment are available. If you arrive after another party and there is a mess, please document this by calling Management as well as taking photos of the condition of the building upon arrival.
Clubhouse Cleaning Fee: $100
An unfavorable inspection of the Clubhouse will result in Homeowner Accounts being fined $100 for uncleaned space; and any additional damages or repair costs will be charged back to the Homeowner Account. Violation of any portion of the Clubhouse Lease Agreement may result in charges applied to a Homeowner account.
